What are the estimated production and delivery times?
For most products, we require 2-9 business days to complete production. Delivery takes an additional 2-4 business days. Furniture and more intricate items may take longer, and we’ll communicate an estimated completion time with you.
Are all custom woodworking items made to order?
Yes, each item is crafted specifically for you upon order. The quantity listed does not reflect current inventory, as every piece is custom-made.
What wood types are available?
Depending on the product, you can choose from high-quality woods such as black walnut, pine, maple, and oak. Each type of wood adds its unique texture and aesthetic, enhancing the beauty of your custom item.
Do you offer any options for displaying my item?
Many of our products can be displayed in multiple ways. Items can either stand on their own, be displayed with an easel, or include a wall hanger for easy mounting (wall hangers are optional and available for an additional $5).
Can I order engraved pet items, like a custom feeding platter or dog bowl holder?
Yes! We offer a custom-carved feeding platter for pets, which can be personalized with your pet’s name and features detailed paw and bone engravings.
How do I care for my Creatively Carved wood items?
Our items are finished with a protective clear coat, but it’s best to keep them away from direct moisture and clean with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their appearance.
Can I pick the colors or finishes for my custom item?
Yes, many items are available in different finishes or colors. For example, our Nebraska Football platter is available in red or black. Let us know if you have specific color preferences when ordering.
